6-7 apples-peeled, cored and sliced. I use a combination of tart and sweet apples
3/4 cup cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
Mix above ingredients and distribute in an 8″ x 8″ buttered dish and an 8″ or 9″ inch buttered pie plate (makes enough for 2 dishes) or put all ingredients in a 9″ x 13″ buttered dish.
2/3 cup gluten free flour
2/3 cup gluten free old fashion oats
1/2 cup pecan pieces (unsalted)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raw organic coconut oil
pinch salt
Mix above ingredients and distribute over apple mixture. Bake for 30-45 minutes in a preheated 350° oven, until golden and bubbly. Enjoy alone or with ice cream.
