The easiest way to cook bacon!

There will be no spattered mess on the stove, the bacon is not absorbing grease and the best part…no curly meat to untangle as the bacon is still in strips, just like when you started!

Put baking rack on rimmed baking sheet lined with foil and lay raw bacon on rack.  Place in a preheated, 400° oven for 20-30 minutes-rotating once half way through (check it at 20 minutes).

Cook, rotating once.

Hors d’ oeuvre idea:

Mix 1.5 tbsp brown sugar and 1/2 tsp chili powder in a bowl, sprinkle it on the bacon strips in the last five minutes of cook time and voila…you have an hors d’ oeuvre to serve!
