Homemade cashew and almond milk for the week.

Are there times when you want a frothy nut milk for a latte or hot tea and don’t want the pronounced almond flavor of almond milk?  If so, try making this simple cashew milk as it has a bit less flavor than homemade almond milk.

1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water overnight)
4 cups water
1 date (remove pit)
pinch of salt

Blend above ingredients in a blender for 1ish minutes and it’s ready to refrigerate.  No need to strain this in a nut bag.  Store in mason jars and enjoy.
