IMG_50881-14 oz can whole fat coconut cream-refridgerated overnight, unopened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

Blend all above ingredients in blender until mixture gets thicker then refrigerate for several hours.  Can be made 1-2 days in advance.  Feel free to drizzle or dollop on anything you choose.  Enjoy!

Make sure you don’t get light coconut milk.
This is what the coconut cream will look like after being refrigerated overnight, unopened.
Try not to add any liquid at the bottom of the can.
