One of my casual “go to” desserts using Fruity Granola is a fun summer treat. French vanilla ice cream with a cantaloupe wedge (or chunks) and fruity granola sprinkled on top!
If having couples over, use the cantaloupe as the bowl, add the ice cream, Fruity Granola and 2 spoons. It’s a fun end to the evening and who doesn’t love sharing a dessert.
