This is delicious!

What a simple and delicious start to a meal or dinner party.  Get your favorite hardy herb, I suggest fresh myrtle, rosemary, sage or bay leaves, some string and it’s a wrap!

Wrap the cheese with the herb, tie it up with kitchen grade string and place it on a baking sheet that is covered with parchment.  Bake at 350° for 20ish minutes, remove the string and herbs and it’s ready to plate. Drizzle with a good quality extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with a course salt and pepper.  Below are photos of this process.

Lay on a parchment covered tray or baking dish.

The cheese appears melty when done.  Remove herbs at this time and plate.

Lay herbs at the top of your serving dish for a nice presentation.
