FullSizeRenderWhile traveling in Sun Valley we ate breakfast at a restaurant where the chef made homemade jams.  I decided to give it a try upon returning home. So…here is a simple recipe that you can double or triple.

1/2 cup fresh organic berries-washed and any stems removed
1 tsp honey-raw honey
3/4 tbsp chia seeds

Blend all ingredients to desired consistency and store in a glass jar in the ice box.  Spread on toast or drizzle over ice cream.
