If you’re ever in the mood for a healthy snack that is crispy and crunchy…this is it! Feel free use different spices or hard cheeses for alternate flavor.
1 bunch kale-wash & dry
1/2-1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp smoky paprika (optional)
1/8 tsp salt
Wash kale and dry completely. Remove the stems and tear the leave into chip-size pieces. Toss with oil and spices and arrange in a single layer on a sheet tray. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 12-18 minutes until the chips reach desired crispiness. Store on your countertop in an airtight container.
