This leafy green is so versatile. I serve it raw in salads, sautéed, in soups, smoothies, chili, lettuce wraps and more. It is a wonderful snack that takes less than five minutes to prepare…and even less to devour {wink}.
6-8 oz organic spinach (fresh not frozen)
1/4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp water
1 garlic clove-pressed
pinch of salt and pepper
1 capful apple cider vinegar
Toss all above ingredients in a non-stick skillet and wilt spinach to desired doneness. Remove from heat and plate. Pour one capful of apple cider vinegar over the top and devour.
