IMG_8439Popcorn is a such a healthy and satisfying snack.  I love it cooked with organic, raw coconut oil.  Popping instructions are below.

3 tbsp organic coconut oil
1/2 cup kernels (I love organic white popcorn)

Put above ingredients in a large heavy saucepan with a tight fitting lid and heat on medium high.  Move pan back and forth over burner until you no longer hear popping.  Remove from heat, dump into a large bowl and enjoy immediately.

Store any extra in an airtight container (pictured below) at room temperature and enjoy the next day.
