Fall is well under way here in Michigan and apples are at the forefront. That first bite of a crisp, red apple off the tree is a seasonal favorite. Visiting the orchard, soaking in the crisp cool breeze and changing colors on the tree is such a joyous experience. Hope you enjoy this delightful recipe that can be served as a snack or dessert.

Apple-cored and cut into 1/8 or 1/4 inch thin slices
1/3 cup Peanut Butter-warmed with 2-3 tbsp water, stir to mix
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (I use gluten free Enjoy Life gluten brand)
1/4 cup Nuts-chopped
1-2 Tbsp Dried coconut flakes (optional)
1-2 Tbsp Dried berries (optional)
