Caesar dressing for one or one hundred fifty.  This is one of the most versatile versions of its kind. Originally made by Aunt Sharon for family gatherings. Can be used on a traditional Caesar…anchovies or not! or on a variation of salad ideas.  Makes a tasty marinade for chicken as well.

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic-peeled
3 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
1 lemon-juiced
1 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1-3 drops of honey

Steep 2 whole cloves of garlic in 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil for 12-24 hours, then discard the garlic cloves or use in another recipe.  Add the remaining ingredients, whisk well taste and adjust seasonings before serving.
