Loving this vibrant and versatile dressing. It is so smooth and creamy over a plate of your favorite greens and veggies and works well as a dip for fruits and vegetables.
1/2 mango-peeled
1/2 red bell pepper-washed & seeds removed
2-3 basil leaves
pinch of salt
pinch of red pepper flakes
Put all above ingredients in a blender and give it a whirl, adjust seasonings before serving. If you double the recipe it can be refrigerated for 1-2 days.
