What a simple and delicious start to a meal or dinner party. Get your favorite hardy herb, I suggest fresh myrtle, rosemary, sage or bay leaves, some string and it’s a wrap!
Wrap the cheese with the herb, tie it up with kitchen grade string and place it on a baking sheet that is covered with parchment. Bake at 350° for 20ish minutes, remove the string and herbs and it’s ready to plate. Drizzle with a good quality extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with a course salt and pepper.
