Homemade Whipped Cream

2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
big pinch salt

Growing up, my mom always chilled the bowl and beaters in the freezer…so that’s what I do and recommend {wink}.

Whip on medium high until you have soft peaks!  Be sure to watch closely as it will quickly turn to a butter consistency if it’s whipped too long.

Top dessert, coffee, cocoa…or eat by the spoonful like our pooch Fricassee Sassafras!

    It look s fabulous Sandra very well can’t wait to try making my own whipped cream would never have tried making it myself!
